James M. Anderson was found guilty by a jury of second degree murder, Idaho Code §§ 18-4001, 18-4003, 18-4004. The district court imposed a unified twenty-year sentence with a ten-year determinate term. Anderson thereafter filed a motion for reduction of his sentence pursuant to Idaho Criminal Rule 35, which the district court denied.
