Appellant Edward J. Mason (Mason) breached two agreements to purchase farmland (the "Properties") from Respondents. Mason admits that he breached the agreements but appeals the district court's decision to award specific performance to Respondents. Mason argues that specific performance is not an appropriate remedy in this case because he cannot comply with the award, contract damages provide an adequate remedy at law and specific performance results...
