This appeal presents questions of jurisdiction over child custody and divorce proceedings. Appellant/Cross-Respondent Claudia Johnson (Claudia) appeals from a district court's decision reversing a magistrate judge's orders finding that Idaho does not have jurisdiction over the issue of child custody and dismissing the remaining issues in the parties' divorce action pursuant to I.R.C.P. 12(b)(8).
