Ignacio Jesse Sanchez, III, appeals from his judgment of conviction for first degree murder. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURE

Emergency personnel responded to the home of Sanchez's mother after they received a call that A.A., a two-year-old girl, was not breathing and had no pulse. After unsuccessful attempts to resuscitate her, A.A. died at the hospital from blunt-force trauma to the left...
