This case arises out of a boundary dispute between Teton Peaks Investment Co., LLC (Teton Peaks), and E. Frank Ohme and Maureen Ohme, husband and wife (the Ohmes). Teton Peaks and the Ohmes own adjacent parcels of real property separated by a fence that is not the true boundary line. The fence encroaches on Teton Peaks' property by 0.29 acres.
