In Docket No. 33944, Dustin R. Peters pled guilty to malicious injury to property, I.C. § 18-7001. In exchange for his guilty plea, eight additional counts were dismissed. The district court imposed a unified five-year sentence, with a two-year determinate term, to run concurrent with an unrelated case.
