Eleven months after he discharged consecutive sentences for two counts of second-degree sexual abuse, Kenith Lewis broke into another woman's home and sexually assaulted her. Lewis's first trial for first-degree burglary and third-degree sexual abuse ended in a hung jury. The jury in his second trial found him guilty as charged....
