Zedekiah Kurtz filed a written guilty plea to fourth-degree theft on March 20, 2015. In the guilty plea, Kurtz acknowledged and waived his right to a fifteen-day delay between the plea and sentencing and asked to be sentenced without delay. He also waived reporting of the proceedings....
