This case requires us to determine whether a parent's status as a methamphetamine addict, without more, is enough to support a juvenile court's determination that the parent is "imminently likely to abuse or neglect the child," where "abuse or neglect" means "physical injury suffered by a child as a result of the acts or omissions of the child's parent."
