An applicant seeks further review of a court of appeals decision affirming the district court judgment that she did not qualify for compensation as a wrongfully imprisoned person. We agree with the court of appeals that substantial evidence supports the district court's finding the applicant did not establish by clear and convincing evidence neither she nor anyone else committed the crime of child endangerment.
