The complainant, the Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board (Board), alleges the respondents, George Qualley IV and Thomas Bleyhl, violated numerous rules of the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct. The alleged violations arose out of a sequence of events occurring from 2008-2010.
