In this attorney disciplinary action, the Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board alleges an attorney forged the signature of his client on documents pertaining to a conservatorship and filed them with the court. Upon our de novo review of the record, we find the Board proved the attorney violated provisions of the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct by a convincing preponderance of the evidence.
