In this complex interlocutory appeal from a putative class action, we must decide whether the district court correctly granted several dispositive motions. Plaintiffs are doctors of chiropractic who allege they have been victimized by the discriminatory practices of Iowa's largest health insurer, Wellmark, Inc.1 The plaintiffs claim Wellmark wrongfully imposes restrictions and pays lower rates for chiropractic services...
