The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board brought a complaint against the respondent, Samuel Zachary Marks, alleging multiple violations of the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct. A division of the Grievance Commission of the Supreme Court of Iowa found the respondent's conduct violated the rules and recommended we suspend his license with no possibility of reinstatement for six months. On our de novo review, we find Marks violated our rules...
