The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board filed a complaint against Richard S. Kallsen arising from his representation of Elvin Farris defending a charge of operating while intoxicated, second offense. Kallsen filed a forged guilty plea with the district court resulting in Farris serving a seven-day jail sentence.
