Krisha Bowman appeals the district court's dismissal of her certiorari action challenging the termination of her Section 8 housing assistance by the Des Moines Municipal Housing Agency (DMMHA). DMMHA discontinued Bowman's housing assistance based on five alleged occurrences of unreported income.
