This is a consolidated appeal brought by Plaintiff-Appellant, Soults Farms, Inc. (SFI), against Defendant-Appellee, Charles J. Schafer (Schafer), arising from SFI's quiet title action seeking to remove Schafer's purportedly spurious mortgage from SFI farmland.
