This appeal poses the question whether a parent who is not an attorney must be represented by legal counsel when litigating a personal-injury lawsuit on behalf of his child. Finding no Iowa case addressing this question, we join courts from those jurisdictions holding that non-attorney parents' representation of their minor son or daughter constitutes the unauthorized practice of law.
