In this declaratory judgment action, the district court ruled the appellant, Nationwide Agri-Business Insurance Company, had coverage under an automobile liability insurance policy for claims made against its insured, Jim Goodwin, arising out of an accident that occurred when Goodwin loaned a vehicle he had rented to his uncle, Jack Jolin. Nationwide claims on appeal there is no coverage because Goodwin was not "using" the vehicle at the time...
