B.T.G. appeals from a district court order of continued commitment and placement in a mental hospital, pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 229 (2009). He contends there is insufficient evidence to support the court's finding that (1) he lacks sufficient judgment to make responsible decisions regarding his treatment, and (2) he currently presents a danger to himself or others. He further argues his counsel was ineffective in failing to subpoena several witnesses...
