Both the father and the mother of D.J. (born September 2008) appeal the termination of their parental rights pursuant to Iowa Code section 232.116(1)(h) (2009). Both parents contend the juvenile court erred in terminating their parental rights because the grounds alleged in the termination petition did not exist at the time of filing, even if they existed at the time of hearing.
