Sandra Lee Liike, the widow of decedent John Liike, appeals from a district court decision approving the sale of an undivided one-half interest in a 120-acre farm in Marion County to decedent's brother, Willi Liike. Sandra contends the district court erred in (1) determining that the farm was an asset of the Liike Brothers partnership and that the sale was in accord with the partnership agreement, (2) finding that the sale of the farm was not in violation...
