WIGGINS, Justice.
The workers' compensation commissioner awarded an employee benefits for three separate injury dates. The employer and its insurance carrier sought judicial review of the agency action. The district court not only affirmed the decision of the agency, but also found the employer and its insurance carrier were not entitled to a credit for benefits paid by a group plan under Iowa Code section 85.38(2) (2005).
