In this disciplinary action, Samuel Z. Marks neglected two probate estates and failed to cooperate with the Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board ("Board"). The Grievance Commission of the Supreme Court of Iowa ("Commission") found Marks violated the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers and the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct.
