Jones appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, ruling that he had no right of recovery for his loss-of-consortium claim under his ex-wife Shawna's liability policy, nor under his own uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage.
