The appellant, Capital Promotions, L.L.C., sued the appellee, Don King Productions, Inc., for intentional interference with Capital's contractual relationship with boxer Tye Fields. The district court granted King Productions' motion for summary judgment, ruling Iowa courts did not have personal jurisdiction over King Productions.
