This case presents a question of whether an attorney provided ineffective assistance to a client who rejected the State's offer of a plea bargain in a class "A" felony case. We conclude the district court and the court of appeals correctly concluded the client failed to prove he suffered prejudice as a consequence of his attorney's advice, and therefore affirm the denial of the request for post-conviction...
