Timothy Willard is a sex offender subject to the residency restrictions found in Iowa Code section 692A.2A (2005). He bought a house within two thousand feet of a school. The sheriff told Willard he could not live in the house. After Willard did not move out of the house, he was charged with violating section 692A.2A.
