Colen Campbell developed mesothelioma after working as an insulator at the Edwin I. Hatch nuclear power plant in the 1970s. In 2017, he and his wife (collectively "the plaintiffs") sued Georgia Power Company, as the owner of the Hatch nuclear plant, alleging premises liability, loss of consortium, and punitive damages.
