Appellant Talib Nasheef Smith was convicted of murder, criminal street gang activity, and other crimes in connection with the 2013 shooting death of Khaseim Daru Walton. He appeals, asserting insufficiency of the evidence to support his convictions and error in a jury instruction. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
