The STATE v. GREEN.

Court of Appeals of Georgia.

May 24, 2019.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Paul L. Howard Jr. , Atlanta, Francis McDonald Wakeford IV , for Appellant.

Meghan Brittany Callier , for Appellee.

On August 22, 2018, the trial court dismissed a 15-count indictment filed against Erkes Antwon Green on statute of limitation grounds. The State appeals, arguing that the charges are not time-barred and that the trial court erred in failing to hold an evidentiary hearing before dismissing the indictment.1
