Larry W. Johnson sued his former employer, RCO Legal, P.S., Inc. ("RCO"), as well as various persons associated with the firm, alleging that they defamed him. RCO filed a motion to dismiss or strike Johnson's complaint pursuant to OCGA § 9-11-11.1, which is Georgia's anti-SLAPP statute.1
