Abedina Agic and her parents, Mehmed and Alma Agic, (the "plaintiffs"), filed a complaint for damages against Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority ("MARTA") and one of its bus drivers, Nolan Davis, for injuries that Abedina Agic ("Agic") sustained in a motor vehicle collision involving a MARTA bus.1
