Carlethia and Opprezender Armstrong ("the Armstrongs") brought this medical malpractice action against Gynecology & Obstetrics of DeKalb, P.C. and three physicians ("the physicians") after their daughter was stillborn. A jury returned a verdict in favor of all defendants, and the Armstrongs brought a motion for new trial based upon juror misconduct.
