Ruth L. Ashley filed suit against JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. ("JP Morgan"), McCurdy & Candler, LLC, and McCalla Raymer, LLC (collectively the "Appellees") to set aside the foreclosure sale of her property. The trial court awarded summary judgment to defendants, and Ashley timely filed a notice of appeal.
