Larry Jenkins appeals the denial of his motion to dismiss the indictment against him and his plea in bar based upon the grounds that his retrial for two murders and related crimes would violate the constitutional prohibition against double jeopardy and the constitutional right to a speedy trial. For the reasons which follow, we affirm.
