A police search of the residence where Jerome Franklin lived with his girlfriend yielded a substantial1 amount of marijuana and related paraphernalia. Franklin was not at home when the search was conducted, but was indicted (along with the three men who were at the residence when the police arrived) for possession of more than one ounce of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
