In May 2009, Hubert H. Johnson made a new will, in which he devised his most substantial asset — a pecan farm of 350 acres in Dougherty County — to Donna Ellis Burrell. He died a few weeks later, and Donna promptly filed a petition to probate the will that Hubert made in May 2009.
