Chad Andrew Smith was charged by accusation with possession of methamphetamine (OCGA § 16-13-30(a)), manufacture of marijuana (OCGA § 16-13-30(j)(1)), and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana (OCGA § 16-13-30(j)(1)).
