This appeal arises from the grant of summary judgment to Allstate Fire and Casualty Company ("Allstate") regarding an attempt by its insured, Bernard Wade, to collect underinsured motorist ("UM") benefits following a multi-vehicle accident. Allstate moved for summary judgment on the basis that Wade did not exhaust the limits of the insurance coverage for all defendants, which Allstate argued was required by the UM provision in his insurance policy....
