After suffering a stroke following an exercise session with a personal trainer at a gym, plaintiff/appellant Joey Herren filed a complaint, as several times amended and recast, seeking damages under theories of ordinary and gross negligence against various individuals and corporate entities, including the appellees in this case, gym owner Gregory Paul Sucher ("Sucher"), Nonstop Fitness Incorporated ("Nonstop") and Club Management
