T & G Enterprises, Inc. ("T & G") sought insurance coverage on certain real property located in Dalton, Georgia. Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Co. ("Georgia Farm") issued an insurance binder on the property through its local agent. Prior to issuance of the actual insurance policy, a theft occurred on T & G's property.
