Jerry R. Walker entered a negotiated guilty plea to one count of possession of methamphetamine1 and was sentenced to ten years to serve three years in confinement. Walker thereafter filed a timely motion to withdraw the guilty plea, which the trial court denied. He appeals, contending that the trial court erred by denying his motion because plea counsel performed ineffectively. We affirm for the reasons that follow...
