Community Music Centers of Atlanta, LLC ("Community") agreed to advertise on JW Broadcasting, Inc.'s ("JW") radio station, but failed to pay for advertising services rendered. JW brought a suit on an open account and Community counterclaimed, asserting claims for breach of contract, fraud, punitive damages, and attorney fees. Following a hearing, the trial court granted summary judgment to JW on its suit on account and on Community's counterclaims...
