Jimmie Lee Hanks sued "John Doe" to recover damages for injuries Hanks allegedly sustained in an automobile accident. Hanks served his uninsured motorist carrier, Safeway Insurance Company ("Safeway"), and Safeway filed an answer. A jury found in favor of Hanks and awarded him $13,000. Safeway appeals, alleging that the trial court erred in allowing testimony from Hanks' expert and erred in its charge to the jury on preexisting condition. We discern...
