While shopping on the premises of Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., Marjorie Aubain-Gray picked up a candle holder. The glass globe resting on the top of the holder fell off and cut her right wrist. Aubain-Gray and her husband, Michael Gray, sued Hobby Lobby contending that Hobby Lobby's negligence in failing to keep its store in a safe condition was the cause of her injuries.
