A Dawson County jury found Warren Pennington guilty of five counts of felony theft by conversion, OCGA § 16-8-4(a); and six counts of felony theft by taking, OCGA § 16-8-2.1 He appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial,2 contending that the trial court erred in denying his motion to quash the indictment.
