Ashden Anderson (formerly Norton) filed suit against her father, Scott Norton, and attorney Billy Jones and Jones' law firm, Jones, Osteen and Jones (collectively "Jones"), alleging that Norton and Jones breached fiduciary duties owed to her and that Jones committed legal malpractice.
