Anthony Rudyard Hudson with charged with having committed criminal trespass, by entering the premises of another person after he had received notice that such entry was forbidden.1 A jury returned a guilty verdict, and a judgment of conviction was entered thereon. In this appeal, Hudson challenges the admission of certain evidence and the propriety of a jury instruction. We affirm.
