Carlo Larose filed a complaint for wrongful attempted foreclosure and related claims against Bank of America, NA and others. The defendants moved to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim. The trial court granted the motions to dismiss, and Larose appeals pro se. We affirm for the reasons set forth below.
